Q: Do you always repair on site? Or can
I bring a computer to your repair facility to be fixed?
A: We offer on-site repair, and a carry-in service, please call
before bringing your computer over.
Q: Can I have my computer problems
explained to me and estimated before I commit to fixing it?
A: Yes, diagnosis is only $30.00 (carry-in). Before repairing
we will explain the cause of the problem and estimate what it will
cost to repair your machine. In some cases, if the computer is
outdated and not a good candidate for repair or upgrading, we will
explain why and what your options are.
