Our Process
Techliner Computer Services understands that every business
is different and has unique IT support needs. In order to
best serve our clients, we have created a four-step process
to help us create a customized plan for every business we support.
- We'll start with a complimentary presentation, during which
we'll provide more information about our IT support process
and why it works. Our initial meeting will also include time
for us to learn more about your business and your technology
plans.
- Once you choose to go forward with Techliner Business IT
Support, we'll schedule a security review of your technology
infrastructure, including servers, workstations, modems,
routers, wireless access points, other devices on the network,
and mobile devices.
- We'll document the security review, creating an overview
document for your entire business site, and concise summary
documents for your computers and devices.
- We will then make recommendations, create a recovery plan
document, create an action plan, and schedule future on-site
visits to proactively watch for any developing issues.
